Introducing TextMyGov

Ness County is happy to announce the implementation of the TextMyGov service. This messaging service is a simple, convenient way to receive important information from Ness County AND report issues using text messaging.

There is no app to download. Simply send a text message from your cellphone to get the information you need, 24/7.

On July 24, 2026 you may receive a text from 80946 that welcomes you to the New Ness County Notification system. This new system will be replacing CodeRed, you may still get notifications from both systems for a while.
